Some Hayden firsts~~

{DENTIST}  Hayden was so brave for her very first teeth cleaning!  She's pretty familiar with the office so I think that helped.  I love how great the hygienists are with these little ones!  No cavities!!!

{SUNBEAMS}  Since Hayden just turned 3 a few weeks ago, she squeaked into Sunbeams for the new year!  I can't believe my baby is in Primary!!

She sat right across from me, this is her demonstrating her "bubble" to stay reverent!

{DANCE}  Hayden has been waiting her WHOLE LIFE to be in dance!!  Last week, she finally got to go to her first ballet class!  There is the sweetest lady, Sister Jones, in Cambria ward that has a ballet studio in her garage.  Lots of girls in the ward, and even our cousin Sophie, take ballet from her.  We were so excited when we got the call that there was a spot available for Hayden!  She absolutely loved her first day and can't wait to go back!

Gavin is NINE!

I swear, I blink and another year has gone by!  It really starts to hit me as we have birthday after birthday after birthday!!

Gavin is a quiet, sensitive, smart, caring boy.  Gavin loves scouts, basketball, Legos and reading.  He is turning out to be an avid reader, just like Blake!  His reading light it always on after we say goodnight.  There have been times when I've gone to check on the kids before heading to bed that he's STILL up reading, little rascal!  Of course, I secretly love it, just not the fact that it usually means a tired, grumpy kid the next morning.  

We gave Gavin his new bike first thing in the morning.  That's a tricky one to try and hide!

He chose to go out to Chick-fil-a for lunch and we invited Grandpa to join us.  Gavin thoroughly enjoyed his cookie sundae!!

That evening, we had family over for gifts and dessert.  I think he was pretty happy with his gifts!

He requested mint brownies as his "cake" this year
