Gettin' wild at the ZOO!

Matt took the week off between Christmas and New Years.  On Monday, we decided to use our Pogo Passes and go to the Phoenix Zoo.  I don't think Preston has been to the zoo since he was a baby???!

Happy 6th Birthday, Preston!

Oh, Presty boy!  What about Preston??

Preston is wild and crazy!  He is LOUD LOUD LOUD!  Just making sure he's being heard as child #4, I guess!  He has tons of energy, which he already loves expending on the new trampoline.  Preston loves school~ he runs from the car to the playground every morning.  He only wishes he had all day kindergarten so he could eat lunch at school!  Preston is reading already!!  It is amazing to me how fast these little ones learn to read!  He sleeps with a thousand blankets and stuffed animals on his bed.  Sometimes I have to pat around to find him in there!   His favorite foods are pizza, carrots, string cheese, frozen grapes and anything sweet; candy, popsicles, ice cream.

He requested sprinkle pancakes for his birthday breakfast :)

And then, his birthday plan was to see Big Hero 6 at the movie theater, because he was SIX!!!

So we did that, then came home to open birthday gifts.  He got a couple DS games for his new 3DS that he got for Christmas, Skylanders Trap Team characters, a huge Power Rangers Megazord set (I can't believe Power Rangers are still around!!)....

...and a new BIKE!!!  Now Daddy just has to teach him to ride with no training wheels!

He wanted HUGE chocolate cupcakes with more sprinkles for his dessert.  Happy Birthday, Preston!!
